Forever More

Forever More, formerly Girl Talk, is You Are More’s youth mentoring program created for teenage girls in middle and high school.

Mission Statement: To encourage young ladies to become the masterpieces they were created to be.

Purpose: To educate young women on valuable life principles, equip them with necessary life skills, and encourage emotion and spiritual growth.

Forever More participants receive free mentoring sessions twice a month. Every mentoring session focuses on the needs of the participants in the group. Our curriculum focuses on life skills, team building, health & wellness, and career development. Biblical principles are implemented during each session. Y.A.M. is always looking for interested participants. Enrollment begins every August.

Activities and Team Building

Team building is an important part of mentoring sessions. In each session participants create, design, or work together on some form of activity. This helps participants to build social skills and learn how to communicate effectively with others.

Community Service

Once a month Forever More participants serve the community in different activities. These activities include giving supplies to the homeless, feeding those in need, visiting Westminster Manor assisted living facility residents and more. Participants are taught the importance of serving and showing gratitude. We are very grateful to be afforded the opportunity to give back to our community.

College Tours

You Are More Inc. focuses on building up our youth and showing them endless possibilities. One way to fulfill our mission is to broaden the horizon of the young ladies in our community who participate in our Forever More youth mentoring program. Each year Y.A.M. takes its youth participants to a college or university to tour the campus. Exposing them to different colleges will help prepare, inspire, and give insight into future aspirations. Y.A.M.’s goal is to prepare our girls for college by exposing them to the different types of schools and explaining the importance of higher education.
